Instructions for Variant and Proto Versions

• Variant Version: Only a change of weights in the variator is required to adjust its configuration. The exterior pulley (POL1015) must be installed.
• Proto Version: We recommend the following specific configurations for GCR engines equipped with Bidalot cylinders and GCR exhausts compatible with these cylinders:
  • Purchase an additional set of 4.4 g weights (code CDIT1006).
  • Exterior pulley (code POL1015).

Optimal Tuning
To fully optimize the engine’s performance, we suggest the following:

• RPM: Adjust the engine to operate around 14,500-14,600 RPM.
• Variator Weights: Combine 4 weights of 4.4 g and 4 weights of 3.9 g (total weight of 33.0 g).
• Spring: Use the Malossi yellow spring without a slider.
• Torque Corrector: 30° angle.
• Recommended Gear Ratio: 12-51.
• Compatibility: Bidalot cylinders and GCR exhausts designed for these cylinders.
