How can I make a purchase through your website?

First of all, you need to add the products you want to buy to the cart. Once you have selected the desired products, the option "Proceed to checkout" will appear, where you will fill in the necessary information to process the purchase.

Another way to place the order: access the "cart" and select the option "Place Order".

Both options will lead you to a new web section where you can register, which is the fastest option and the one we recommend, or fill in your personal details, address, shipping method, and payment method.

Once you have filled in all the necessary information, you must accept the terms of service and proceed to the payment of the products.

How can I make the payment through your website?

On our online shopping website, we have established the payment method through a bank card to facilitate and speed up the purchase process.

Once you have filled in the necessary information, accepted the terms of service, and indicated the payment method, select: 'Order with obligation to pay'. You will be redirected to our financial services website, where you can fill in your bank card details securely to complete the transaction.

Is it safe to buy through your online website?

When will the order amount be charged?

The order amount will be charged at the time of purchase. To ensure that there has been no error or that your order has not been denied, please make sure you have received the order confirmation by email and/or check the charge through your bank account.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

On our online shopping website, the availability of the product is indicated. If we have few units of any product, it will also be reflected.

What is the purpose of registering or creating an account?

Do you ship worldwide?

For now, we have opened the online shopping platform to all of Europe.

Through which company will my order arrive and how long will it take?

For national shipments, we work with the operator Nacex. You will receive your order within 1 to 2 business days.

What happens if I made a mistake with the shipping address?

If you made a mistake entering your shipping address and the order is already in transit, we advise you to contact the logistics operator to resolve the issue.

What happens if the order I received is not what I purchased or is incomplete?

Please contact us via email: info@yasuni.com indicating your full name and/or business name and the reference number, which you will find on your purchase receipt. Also, please indicate the problem and send us a photo of the received products.

What happens if my order is lost or misplaced?

If your package does not arrive after the indicated period when placing the order, please first contact the shipping company to see if the delivery time has been affected by any delays.

If you receive a negative response, or if you are informed that your order has been lost or misplaced, please contact us via email: info@yasuni.com. In it, please provide your full name and/or business name, the reference number found on your purchase receipt, and explain the problem. We will try to resolve the incident as soon as possible.

What happens if my package arrives in poor condition?

Accept the package. Check that all the products you ordered are present and in good condition. If you are not satisfied or have any problems, let us know within 3 days of receiving the order via email: info@yasuni.com.

In your email, please provide:

  • Full name
  • Business name
  • Reference number (found on your purchase receipt)
  • Brief description of the problem and photos/proof
  • Name of the courier and transport company that delivered and shipped the package

We also recommend that you file a formal complaint with the shipping company.

HOMOLOGATION

Where can I find the homologation and assembly sheet for my exhaust?

All our exhausts include the homologation and assembly sheet in their packaging. If not, or if you have lost it, you must do the following:

On our online sales website, select the Yasuni exhaust that you purchased or that is installed on your motorcycle. Once the exhaust is selected, the product sheet will open. Select the 'Attachments' section and there you will find the homologation and assembly sheet for the exhaust.

TECHNICAL

After installing a Yasuni silencer, do I need to adjust the original ECU map or make other changes to the bike?

Unless otherwise specified in the manual, no modifications to the original map are required. Our exhausts are developed on a test bench with the bike in its original configuration. However, modifying the map and/or installing an additional ECU can contribute to better performance.

During a traffic check, the police asked me to indicate on the vehicle inspection card that I had replaced the original silencer with a homologated Yasuni exhaust. What should I do?

Installing a CE-approved exhaust does not require any modification to your vehicle inspection card.

My original silencer is equipped with a lambda sensor. Does the Yasuni header have an inlet for installing this type of sensor?

If the lambda sensor is present on the original exhaust, the Yasuni header will be equipped with the necessary hole to install the original lambda sensor on the bike.

How can I clean my Yasuni silencer?

For metal parts, it is recommended to clean them with a soft, non-abrasive cloth, along with a cleaning product (e.g., WD-40 or similar). For carbon parts, use a soft cloth and a mild detergent. For any maintenance operation, turn off the engine and wait until the exhaust is cold.
